The business was established in 1979 by Nick Potter, who’s background was as a specialist in printing equipment finance. Our first client was Prontaprint where we financed the graphics equipment package for their franchisees as they rolled out their network across the UK.
Stuart Walsh joined in 2006 and was followed by Chris Roberts in 2008 and together they have expanded the services offered by the business to become a one-stop-shop for anyone looking to finance a franchise.
Today, the company is a partnership between Stuart and Chris and Franchise Finance is now one of the leading providers of finance to the franchising industry.
We are active members of the British Franchise Association and work with a wide range of reputable franchisors to provide finance and related services to their franchisees.
We specialise in structuring and arranging finance and our expertise has helped many franchisees to get into business for themselves.
